XVC Partner program is reserved for resellers and partner with a clear experience and specialization in the field of POS Billing softwares, Retail/Hospitality ERP, POS hardware systems (PC, printers, scanners, etc), Inkjet/Laser printers (HP, Epson, Canon, Brother etc) and similar Computer IT related fields.
Enquries/Leads.
Leads generated from XVC events and marketing campaigns will be passed on to the respective partner for servicing. The partner will now have the responsibility to close the lead and provide basic customer support.
Special Pricing (SPC)
The partners will be allotted an SPC based on order quantity and annual volumes to enable to expand in allotted areas. In case of corporate projects, depending on the project size and annual order quantity, special pricing will be negotiated with the customer at the time of project.
Exclusive Region /Account Protection:
The partner will be given exclusive protection for his/her respective region or customer project. This will protect the partner from undercutting problems with rival partners in the same region or account.
Priority Tech Support
The partner will be allotted direct contact to Head office technical team for any urgent technical assistance required on priority.
Priority Inventory Assistance
For repeat projects, the partner will have access to drastically short dispatch times as low as 1 day for any order quantity.
Priority Spare Parts Support
The partners will have access to priority spare parts for parts such as thermal heads, autocutters, Main boards, ICs, interface ports etc enabling him to
OEM/ODM Assistance
If the partner meets certain order quantity criteria, the partner will have access to OEM/ODM services with customized design and packaging.
